I came in because my car would not start. I was gotten an appointment and once I arrived I was told that it would only be a hour. This process took 3 hours. This is an unacceptable amount of time to change a battery. Once I got my car back there was trash all in my car from the process including the red charge cap from the battery left in the windshield of my car. I have never had bad service here but this time was the worst. More
