The oil change was done in record time but I was never notified. After waiting around for an hour and a half I walked around. I finally got around where I had left the truck. I called the service manag notified. After waiting around for an hour and a half I walked around. I finally got around where I had left the truck. I called the service manager. He told me the truck was ready but the paperwork was not ready. Waiting and walking some more I saw that the truck had not been moved. Going in to the service manager’s office and asking about my truck he found the paperwork and sign it. I left with a very bad impression of your service department. I have an extended warranty on my truck but I.expect the same treatment as if I had to pay cash for the service. Therefore I will not be using your service department ever again!! William Salter More

Part on order for 9 months is not acceptable. Corporate said they could have put a rush on it! Then i get a call 7 months in and they say your truck is in the service lane what can we do for you. No one should have been driving it. It was there waiting on parts. Tell me why its there! Got tired of wait so I had to buy something else. It sat in the hot sun for 9 months who knows what could be wrong now. Yes im not happy! More
