Besides the Assistant Service Manager calling me back and telling me to come in and they would take care of me when i get back to town. Had to leave town due to health issues. So yes, my car that i just pai telling me to come in and they would take care of me when i get back to town. Had to leave town due to health issues. So yes, my car that i just paid 510 dollars for, when I went in for a oil change and have breaks looked at due to a recall. Yes I'm not happy with Ford. But am happy with my call back from ASM calling me back. Thanks Will More

Amazing people, I buy a 2020 expedition and in less that 48 hours I went back with transmission issues, but in less than one hour I was out with a loauner, and they working on fixing the problem with out gi 48 hours I went back with transmission issues, but in less than one hour I was out with a loauner, and they working on fixing the problem with out giving me any king of problem, and give me a newer vehicle and even full of gas.
