I have bought two F-150 King Ranch one was a 2019, I traded it in on a 2022 King Ranch, my experience at Ferman Ford has always been great. Unbelievable at how unorganized this dealership is. Impossible to get answers since people are not on the same page there. Worst place that I've ever purchased a vehicle at. Customer care here is non existent! The business needs to get a grip with stronger work ethics and people in management positions need to be more proactive with offering assistance!!! More
