I was greeted at my vehicle, by very nice and polite young man. He escorted me in to meet my new Service Advisor. This was my first service at this dealership. Only wished the car had received a comp young man. He escorted me in to meet my new Service Advisor. This was my first service at this dealership. Only wished the car had received a complementary car wash after the service. As my service advisor walked me to my car, I noticed my vehicle wasn’t washed. I was informed that I had to ask for this complementary car wash prior to the service. He then told me it would be another hour to wait for this wash. More
