I had my Mini Cooper towed from Venice to Ferman Ford for body work because I heard that they do excellent work. I was not disappointed. I was treated with respect. I was updated frequently with the progress on my car as far as parts ordered, parts received, painting, reassembly and detailing. Ferman handled dealing with my insurance company as well. These are professional people who attempt to be seamless in their approach to customer services and satisfaction. It is rare to find such attention to detail in all aspect of quality care in todays world. More
