I came in because my car would not start. I was gotten an appointment and once I arrived I was told that it would only be a hour. This process took 3 hours. This is an unacceptable amount of time to change a battery. Once I got my car back there was trash all in my car from the process including the red charge cap from the battery left in the windshield of my car. I have never had bad service here but this time was the worst. More

Horrible experience. My car was taken to them in April and I have been given back my vehicle 2 times due to poor repairs and workmanship or them forgetting to do repairs. I call and I am told they will call me back withing 30 minutes or 2 hours and that never happens. I have spoken with several different employees from this location and the exact same service has been experienced. More
