Service department rep just plain told me that clunky gearbox is normal behavior for f150 trucks and there is nothing they can do about it. Wow! He also, went as far as telling me that rear differential gearbox is normal behavior for f150 trucks and there is nothing they can do about it. Wow! He also, went as far as telling me that rear differential is not part of drivetrain in an attempt void me of warranty claim. In disbelief I called up four other dealerships in the area just to confirm the nonsense I was just told. Everyone of them told me the opposite. Needles to say I won't be going back to this stealership for service or new vehicle or recommend to anyone. Keep it up lol More
