I wanted to take a moment a give a 5-star review. Although I've been there several times, not just to purchase 2 vehicles, but bring my personal vehicle to the collision center. The only 2 people I couldn't find was the receptionist at the front desk when you come into the building and James in the rental (loaner) car department. She always has a smile when I'm there and over the phone she goes above and beyond expectation when I've needed help finding someone. I believe her name is Pat. James and David even took the time to look for my debit card that I had lost after they were supposed to go home. Please let them know: Leo Alibasic, David Rodriguez, Matt Murphy, James Roberts, Jeff Vuncannon, and William Pannier for giving me such great customer service. Their knowledge in each of their field is greatly valued. I give them all a 5-star rating. More
