Poor communication and customer service from sales rep and sales manager. Low balled my trade in vehicle. Sales manager didn't introduce himself or try to negotiate a better deal. Very disappointed. Really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to help. I had a nail in my tire and the service manager was able to fit me in. Also I had selected a higher priced oil change, they educated me that th help. I had a nail in my tire and the service manager was able to fit me in.
