This has to be the worst collision center ever! I was in an accident with my 2021 Ford Transit Connect. GEICO was my insurance company at the time. This accident happened December 1st 2022. The manager of the shop is Richard. This guy has lied and misled me on 3 different occasions about my van being ready for pick up. Also he didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let me know that my van wouldn’t be done on the day he said it would be. This happened 3 different times! Now my van was ready January 28th, so I couldn’t pick it up on Friday so I went to pick it up today January 30th. Now since my van has been in this shop for just about a month now you would think that everything would be done right in fixing the vehicle. They were supposed to do a road test on the vehicle and I honestly think that didn’t happen. I go to start the vehicle and the air condition did not work! Nothing but hot xxx air is blowing out of the vents. If they did the road test this would have been taken care of. The road test is to make sure that everything is working properly and there is no problems with the repairs made to the vehicle. Now I have to wonder if my AC needs Freon or is there something wrong with the AC unit. Basically I just wasted my time going to pick up this vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend Ferman Collision shop to fix a go cart!!!! The lack of communication from the shop manager and giving me the run around about when my van would be ready was enough for me! More
