Poor communication and customer service from sales rep and sales manager. Low balled my trade in vehicle. Sales manager didn't introduce himself or try to negotiate a better deal. Very disappointed. Really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to help. I had a nail in my tire and the service manager was able to fit me in. Also I had selected a higher priced oil change, they educated me that th help. I had a nail in my tire and the service manager was able to fit me in. Also I had selected a higher priced oil change, they educated me that this wasn’t the right choice for my vehicle and adjusted the service down to the necessary level. They fixed my car issue the same day even though they didn't have any open appointments. It was only the battery that needed to be replaced but they couldn't help me at autozone and made the issue worse didn't have any open appointments.
