My experience at Ferman Ford was better than I could’ve ever hoped and it was largely because of the wonderful customer service that I received, while my vehicle was being repaired in the collision shop. Matt Murphy was a good communicator of what to expect and keep me updated by phone on a regular basis, which I really appreciated. The whole staff was great and hard working. I had called several body shops that were on the list from my State Farm insurance, and they were all telling me that it could be a month to six weeks before they could even look at my vehicle but when I called Ferman Ford, they said they could see the car the next day and within 48 hours I had a quote for repairs and a reasonable timeline for work completed. . I hope I do not need collision services again, but if I do, this will be the first place I call. More
