Understaffed. Can't get ahold of service advisors. Sometimes we never get a call back. Ford Motor couldn't even get ahold of the service advisor for days. They rea Can't get ahold of service advisors. Sometimes we never get a call back. Ford Motor couldn't even get ahold of the service advisor for days. They reached out by call and email. We've had nothing but problems with our vehicle since we bought it. William is trying to get sales to help us out because he and Kenny know all the issues and that it has. Some they've been able to reproduce. Some they can't. I've talked to the sales manager and his response is "yeah it would be nice if it worked right". The dealership customer service has really gone downhill the past few years. Thankfully Will has been wonderful, understanding, and as helpful as possible. He really is amazing. Will and Kenny are the saving grace of this dealership. More
