We followed our Service Writer, Beth Petty, from a St Pete Ford dealership. Best decision ever. We still have her taking care of our 2020 Fusion. Added to that, we have the benefits of Ferman's driver te Pete Ford dealership. Best decision ever. We still have her taking care of our 2020 Fusion. Added to that, we have the benefits of Ferman's driver team. They all coordinated picking up my car in the morning and returning it to me in the afternoon...at no charge! Thanks to Beth, Tony, Chris and Dave!! And they updated me continually from start to finish!! More

After oil change, I have an oil leak, and after new brakes were put on. I had a terrible noise where metal was rubbing against my new rotors. The vehicle was ready for us to test drive when we got there. Leo was attentive and informative, and did not fit the bad profile of the typical "used car salesman" at all! Entire buying process took less than 2 1/2 hours, which is a huge improvement over another dealership we had dealt with.
