Kept our vehicle for two days, never called to update us on anything. Never offer a loan since this was are only vehicle. I will NEVER use the collision center again. 4 times to attempt to get the paint the correct color. Then they “blended” it to the front door so I ended up with 2 doors being a different color th 4 times to attempt to get the paint the correct color. Then they “blended” it to the front door so I ended up with 2 doors being a different color than the vehicle. It took 3 times to get the correct wheel. 2 times they couldn’t get the alignment correct so they had to send it to a different place to get the alignment correct. Several people could notice the paint difference. One dealership had the tool to measure paint thickness and 1 door was 15 mils, the other door was 9 mils… the original body panels were 5.5 to 6 mils. I asked the body shop to use their tool to measure the thickness and they replied saying there wasn’t such a tool to determine thickness. I had to call them most of the time for an update. All I can say is RUN from this place More
