My serpentine belt broke on the way to work early in the morning. I had to tow truck take it to Ferman Ford. The service advisor called me about 10 minutes after they opened. He said they will try to get to morning. I had to tow truck take it to Ferman Ford. The service advisor called me about 10 minutes after they opened. He said they will try to get to it that day and let me know what was wrong. They called me later on and told me it was a serpentine belt. It would be in the next day and they would try to get it done. they got it done. About half an hour before they closed. I appreciate your diligence and getting it finished.
