Ive had my Ford vehicles serviced here since 2011. The staff has always treated me respectfully. On. March 23rd I bought a 2022 Ford Edge. The salesman Joe Callipare was awesome. The worst communication. Had my car for 2 1/2 months and when I was finally told it was ready and went to pick it up the AC was not working and after sitting for 2 hours was Had my car for 2 1/2 months and when I was finally told it was ready and went to pick it up the AC was not working and after sitting for 2 hours was told they couldn’t figure out the problem. Sent it to Ferman BMW service that figured out the problem immediately. I have had the car back for 2 months and there is still problems that were not fixed. The hands free lift gate is inoperable and there is a piece broken off of a piece they replaced. For fear that they will not be able to figure out the problem I have not called or returned More
