For everyone that fears the car buying experience you can put that fear aside when dealing with Robert. I actually enjoyed my experience working with him since there was no pressure to buy. The best way to describe the experience it would be having a good friend at the dealership that was a sale person and getting to work with them. There was no BS and Robert took great pride in getting the deal done. He never bad mouthed any of the competing dealerships cars and pushed me to make sure I test drove all the cars I was interested in. At the end of the day it was a great experience and Robert was great to work with and actually just talk to while we were waiting on paper work etc. He was just a normal guy that takes a lot of pride in what he does and looks to get the buyer the best possible deal. Most people think that they never get a good deal and it's all a big game but sometimes these salesmen don't make a lot of a sale because they want to get you into the car you want at the best possible price. I will be a repeat customer with this dealership and will look for Robert the second I walk in the door. The entire staff was friendly and there was no BS to deal with, everything was put on the table and both parties knew what each other were looking for. More
Great service team. Had to order parts so I didn't have the problems fixed yet. Could not find a squeak in the drivers seat that has been plaguing me so I will ask them to check again at next service as i the problems fixed yet. I have purchased several cars in my life and I learned to dread the car buying "experience" if you know what I mean. I needed a larger more fuel efficient car and decided to check out the CX5 at Ferman Mazda in Tampa. I honestly was expecting to get the usual car buying games, and of course pressure from the car salesman, but to my surprise, it was the complete OPPOSITE!!!! I met with Oscar and he immediately made me feel so comfortable. Not only was he very knowledgeable of all the questions I had, he was so sincere in wanting to help me find the right car. I ended up leaving there feeling so great about my purchase... and even after I walked out the door, I had Oscar following up with me on several occasions asking me if I was still happy with my vehicle and to contact him If I needed anything... I have never received such friendly service from a dealership... so if you are thinking of purchasing a Mazda and live in the Tampa Bay Area, make sure to stop in there and ask for Oscar!! I never thought I would say this, but I actually enjoyed buying my new car!!! Thank you Oscar and all the guys at Ferman!!! More

Ryan (Mazda Service) was prompt, courteous and had my vehicle ready EARLY..... My car was washed and to my surprise VACUUMED as well. All over service was excellent. I had purchased a low mile vehicle from the used car department for my son's first car. The next day, which happened to be Sunday, the car had some starting issues. I notified the salesman that day of t department for my son's first car. The next day, which happened to be Sunday, the car had some starting issues. I notified the salesman that day of the problem. By Tuesday the used car manager Nathan DeFreitas had me bring the vehicle in to try and solve the problem. The car ran great for a full week until the following Tuesday when it again wouldn't start. I notified Mr. DeFreitas and again he told me to please bring the car in to get the problem corrected. It is nice to have a dealership helping out the consumer after the sale. More
Took my 08 Mercury Mariner with 43707 miles(at the time) to have it fixed after noticing a tansmission fluid leak in front of my car. The car has a powertrain waranty until May 2013 or 100.000 total miles.) to have it fixed after noticing a tansmission fluid leak in front of my car. The car has a powertrain waranty until May 2013 or 100.000 total miles.) It turned up to be a transmission fluid cooler leak(something that Ford Company is very well aware of(TSB issued)). To Jeremy's credit, he tried to run it under warranty, but came up empty handed. For some reason, the cooler is a part of the condenser for A/C system, therefore not covered under powertrain warranty(????) I am now out of $925.96, and Ford Company and Countryside Ford dealerdhip refuse to do anything about it. When I brought up all the problems with this particular part in other models(08 Escape, 08 Mariner, 08 Mazda Tribute), they could not wait for me to just pay for a repair and leave(Jeremy even started the car for me!). Called the Ford Company, and after over the week they refused to do anything about it either. Folks, beware of Ford Company products as they refuse do take care of the substandard parts they put in their cars. I will get rid of my Mariner as soon as possible and will never buy another Ford product. I will also spread the word as far as I can. More
Made appointment with Quick Lube for service at 11:30 AM. I was there on time, maybe a few minutes early, but they didn't even take my vehicle into the shop until 12:15. The did the oil change and recommende I was there on time, maybe a few minutes early, but they didn't even take my vehicle into the shop until 12:15. The did the oil change and recommended a front end alignment which I purchased; took another fifteen to twenty minutes. Service was O. K. but I felt I should have had quicker service with an appointment. When I questioned t the service manager about this all he could say was that I was second in line when i came in but couldn't explain why other vehicles were taken before mine when I had an appointment. All in all, I usually get pretty good service here but this time it was pretty poor with very poor time management on the part of their service people. It had better be much improved my next time or I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I did purchase my Ford here. More
