The truth is my first experience with Ferman Mazda was very bad, so bad that I bought my Mazda three elsewhere. However a sales manager (Mike) called at some point after my purchase and listened to my sto very bad, so bad that I bought my Mazda three elsewhere. However a sales manager (Mike) called at some point after my purchase and listened to my story. I started with the service department (under warranty oil changes) which led me to Linden Mason. I spoke to him one day mistaking him for someone else but his professional manner and determination led me back to Ferman when I decided the Mazda 3 while a great car did not offer the space I needed. Linden started working on me one day at a time and before long he had a customer. I told my son about him, I tell anyone interested in buying a car to look for Linden Mason. More

I was able to get my car in for the appointment the next day. Once I arrived, it took only 45 min to an hour to change the oil, rotate tires, and windshield wipers. Jeremy was and is one of the most persona day. Once I arrived, it took only 45 min to an hour to change the oil, rotate tires, and windshield wipers.
