My wife and I stopped while in Tampa to look at a CX-9 Touring model which I had pretty much zeroed in on. Met Linden and he showed us all of the available Touring models also pointing out what more you g Touring model which I had pretty much zeroed in on. Met Linden and he showed us all of the available Touring models also pointing out what more you got in the Grand Touring model and what you didn't get in the Sport model. He had me take a test drive. While he did offer a deal I said I would do nothing until after a vacation trip. Linden kept in touch and after my return I checked with my local dealer and they quoted sticker price. Linden made what I considered a fair offer and after a short negotiation on the phone we had a deal. I generally do not enjoy the auto buying process but Linden was very easy to work with and he has already made follow up calls to be sure that we were enjoying the new vehicle. I would recommend both Linden and Ferman Mazda as a good place to do business. More

Rose Torres was Great in all criteria!!!!! Her customer service was out standing. However sales management & financing did not work hard enough with car price and we felt mislead about financing. Me and my wife decided to get a new car trying to get best fuel efficiency. I made an on-line request for that purpose and Mr. Bryant called me back. We were a little indecisive about which car to buy but as soon I explained him our concern, with professionalism and respect and more over, in a humble manner, he helped us and no matter the time we spent there, he explained all in a clear way and we bought the car.
