I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 1998 and vowed to never return. By chance I was looking for a particular vehicle and just so happend that I wandered back in to Countryside Ford again with gr vowed to never return. I worked with Mario Pozio and by far it the best car purchasing experience of my life. They now have a customer for life and have completly changed my opinion of Countryside Ford! Terry T. My wife and I stopped while in Tampa to look at a CX-9 Touring model which I had pretty much zeroed in on. Met Linden and he showed us all of the available Touring models also pointing out what more you g Touring model which I had pretty much zeroed in on. Met Linden and he showed us all of the available Touring models also pointing out what more you got in the Grand Touring model and what you didn't get in the Sport model. He had me take a test drive. While he did offer a deal I said I would do nothing until after a vacation trip. Linden kept in touch and after my return I checked with my local dealer and they quoted sticker price. Linden made what I considered a fair offer and after a short negotiation on the phone we had a deal. I generally do not enjoy the auto buying process but Linden was very easy to work with and he has already made follow up calls to be sure that we were enjoying the new vehicle. I would recommend both Linden and Ferman Mazda as a good place to do business. More

Rose Torres was Great in all criteria!!!!! Her customer service was out standing. However sales management & financing did not work hard enough with car price and we felt mislead about financing. I will refer customers who are interested in Mazda to Rose however I will adivse to them to get there own financing in place. Over all yes everyone was friendly. More

Me and my wife decided to get a new car trying to get best fuel efficiency. I made an on-line request for that purpose and Mr. Bryant called me back. I told him what I need and why and he invited us to best fuel efficiency. I made an on-line request for that purpose and Mr. Bryant called me back. I told him what I need and why and he invited us to make an appointment with him and we accepted. We were a little indecisive about which car to buy but as soon I explained him our concern, with professionalism and respect and more over, in a humble manner, he helped us and no matter the time we spent there, he explained all in a clear way and we bought the car. There are a lot of dealers in Tampa, Lakeland,ect. and all of them sell cars but a very good quality of service is always appreciated. Thanks to him and to Mrs. Linda and you count with my referrals. When I arrived at the dealership Jeremy greated me in a very friendly way and took care of the paper work right away, no waiting. I thought that I would have to wait hours and hours for the service to be very friendly way and took care of the paper work right away, no waiting. I thought that I would have to wait hours and hours for the service to be done and was thinking of getting a taxi to take me home, however, Jeremy said that because it is so early he could get the job done within and hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised. I waited in the lounge and within the hour the service was done. I was extremely happy that it was done in that amount of time. Signed the paper work and was out of there nice and early. I would highly recommend this dealership, they sure know their business. More
