Could not find anyone here who dealt with us as well or even close to Carl in NY. However we decided to try Countryside Mazda, Ford BINGO! We found our Carl. They were wonderful to work with, polite, professional, friendly but most of all they wanted to do business with us. The sales person we dealt with was awesome and the Sales manager is now my new Carl. The best dealership we have dealt with in Florida and we have tried them all! These people want to negotiate for the buyer and that is what its all about. More

I have always been apprehensive when dealing with service related maintenance/repairs at most repair shops. Jeremy Bauer changed all that for me. I have never met a service advisor who is not only knowledgeable, but honest! I ONLY take my car to Countryside Ford for this reason. Jeremy greets me by name, knows my vehicle, and is very courteous. And most of all, is very honest. He advising me ONLY what needs to be done and makes customer friendly recommendations on any service that may be needed. If service is not needed or can wait, he provides input based upon your vehicles needs, not the dealership. Jeremy has shown me that it is the customer that is important in every exchange. I honestly trust his judgement and opinion to the extent, whatever he recommends, I follow. I don't think twice. Countryside Ford is very lucky to have such an admirable service advisor such as Jeremy. Jeremy has assured that my vehicle will only be serviced and advised by Countryside Ford. Review on Service at Countryside Ford. I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been good. All the repairs were covered under warranty. One thing that seems unusual is that every time I come in there is a different Service Advisor. There has been 3 so far. Why can't they keep their employees? This time I had Jeff Bowland and he was very accommodating. I was very pleased with the outcome. He was very Customer Service oriented, courteous, and got the repairs done. He was very helpful in getting me picked up when my vehicle was ready and the Courtesy Van was not available at the time. I also want to say I have used the Courtesy Van many times and the drivers are very nice. My overall experience was great. I do feel though that when buying a new vehicle from the dealership, oil changes for at least a few times should be free like other dealerships or at least a discounted price. There are very few incentives to go back to the dealership for regular maintenance issues. Georgia Greene More

Salesman Thomas Bundy and his manager, Rod Miller, did everything you could possibly want when you're looking for a new car. They were knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about their cars. Th everything you could possibly want when you're looking for a new car. They were knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about their cars. They tried very hard to put a deal together that was good for me and I'm sure it was good for them. They didn't have the specific car I wanted but they managed to find it quickly, picked it up, cleaned it up and delivered it in a matter of hours. They introduced me to the service department and it's a bonus that they're open 6 days a week. Everything went very smooth. More
