Turned a bad situation upside down I came to this dealership after having some awful interactions with Ferman BMW. I'm not going to detail those here because I don't want to take away I came to this dealership after having some awful interactions with Ferman BMW. I'm not going to detail those here because I don't want to take away from the exemplary work that Demetrios did. Let me break down some of the particulars: I came into this deal with probably 9 thousand in negative equity on a car. That makes a deal almost impossible. ALMOST being the operative word. Demetrios worked tirelessly to make this situation work. Demetrios would spend entire days, multiple, focused in on making a deal happen. Not only did he make the car possible, he also put the payments right in my price range. Demetrios managed to vanish a decent portion of the negative equity, and give me more for my trade in, which wasn't running at the time. Needless to say, without his help I probably wouldn't be driving anywhere! Last, I am now the proud owner of a NEW 2017 Mazda 6 and I love it. I owe Demetrios and his team a great deal of thanks, and I couldn't recommend them more! More

After the test drive and negotiating a very fair and great price Demetrius worked very hard and fast to get are paperwork finished as we had two small children with us who get very antsy after long periods. He also got us a free oil change included with the purchase. This is the third car I've purchased from the ferman network of dealerships and once again I am more than pleased. More

After agreement to purchase price and giving them confidential information; they decide to try and up sell me an additional 500 dollars. I'm very disappointed with the misquoted price and waste of my time and money. I will not buy or recommend them. Very deceptive business sales. They do not respond when confronted about their sales practices either. BEWARE if driving any amount of distance. They do not honor prices and will change them during paperwork. More
