Normally I am not a big fan of writing reviews, but in this case I Good morning, I just want to say a few words about my recent Explorer purchase. Normally I am not a big fan of writing reviews, but in this case I feel I need to say a few words about my experience with Demetrios. After searching for about 6 months for the right vehicle and dealing with what I would consider poor salesman I had the opportunity to meet and deal with Demetrios and close a deal. Customer, salesperson relationship should be a no brainer and ease the buying experience, but some fall miserably short on this very basic concept. Demetrios, in my experience excelled at this and seemed to genuinely care about the concerns that buyers have. I prefer understanding and listening of my concerns, not a rebuttal of what the salesperson thinks I should feel. To me this is one of the biggest parts of the deal everything else can be worked through. Thank You Demetrios for your professionalism. Maybe if others would follow your approach on customer service potential car vehicle shoppers wouldn't have such a dreaded feeling of dealing with the sales associates. Have a blessed day Kerry More

Talon even made sure that I met the person in the service department who could help me specifically to get the information that I needed. Very pleased with the clean, well organized environment. Worked with Talon who listened to all of my concerns and made sure that everything was throughly looked into. Very happy with speed and efficiency of service performed. They actually found an engine leak which concerns me as the car is so new, but Talon was reassuring not to worry, that everything is covered and that issue will be addressed. My only “complaint” would be that I got home to realize windshield washer fluid was not refilled. But I did have them look over so many other things, that it is understandable this minor thing was overlooked. More
