We knew what we wanted when we arrived, found it, had ALL questions answered without any smoke and mirrors, or razzle dazzle that women can experience at dealerships.. We drove the Ford Titanium Escape and loved it. We did the paperwork while the car was fluffed and dusted, got instructional training, took pictures and we were out the door.
