Jeff made sure to send me a courtesy text message while we ex I brought my Fusion in for a recall that was estimated to take approximately 1.5 hours. The entire process did not take the required time estimated and I was able to get back into my vehicle quickly. Jeff was very polite and personable and explained exactly what they would be doing.
