No one is perfect! oil change and tire rotation, the waiting room is comfortable, work was finished in a reasonable time. Purchased a 2014 dodge challenger I flew from Richmond Va to purchase a 2014 Dodge Challenger. My business VIA email and phone went very smoothly, however when I arrived the car had si I flew from Richmond Va to purchase a 2014 Dodge Challenger. My business VIA email and phone went very smoothly, however when I arrived the car had significant "bug etching" on the front bumper and that information was not disclosed to me at any point during our communication. The manager did eventually make acceptable accommodations however upon my return to Virginia I discovered that the repairs would cost 4x what I was told at the dealership. So now i am faced with a $1100 repair for a vehicle i just purchased and was told would only cost $300.00. As well I did not feel like my salesperson was informed or had any knowledge of the vehicle he was selling. Every question I asked was answered with "I don't know". I understand that this is a Mazda dealership however if you are selling used vehicles of different makes I would expect that the salesperson be better informed. Honestly if it had been a local vehicle I would have probably walked. More
