Rip Off Took my 2013 F159 truck with 13,000 miles in for an oil change and to have a leak checked in the front passenger areaI have an extended warranty and w Took my 2013 F159 truck with 13,000 miles in for an oil change and to have a leak checked in the front passenger areaI have an extended warranty and was still told that I would have to pay a $120 diagnostic fee. If the warranty didn’t cover the repair I would still have to pay the $120 diagnostic fee plus the cost of repairs. Every other dealer I have used for my other card checked the problem and never charged a diagnostic fee. Most mechanics that do charge a diagnostic fee deduct that fee from your bill when you get the work done. It appears that the extended warranty is useless and I will never return to this dealer. I will also discourage anyone else that I know not to go to this dealer. This dealer was much better when it was Countryside Ford. More

Not pleasant unsatisfactory service At my most recent service visit they stripped out oil plug in the pan. Replaced oil pan and told me everything ok. Had them check tires for balance. Two days later went on vacation. Tires were so bad shook all of the car. At destination found oil leaking on my brothers new driveway! SUV is now in a shop in IL fixing the problems which I will have to pay for again! They found an out around tire. That should have been found in the balancing. I don’t expect this kind of service from Ford. That’s why I have always taken my suv to your Ford dealership even though it has changed hands several times. Lost confidence in this service department. More

He placed me with one of his salesmen Visited Ferman Ford/Mazda to look at used trucks. I have a long-standing relationship with the GM, Bob Murray. He placed me with one of his salesmen, Demetrios Mina. Demetrios was very helpful and courteous. He listened to my inquiries and answered my questions candidly and honestly. He was a pleasure with which to work. Robert Hobbs was also very helpful and accommodating. Once the price was agreed upon, he expedited much the paperwork in order to speed up the purchase process. The Finance Mgr, Frank was also very helpful and professional. There were a few items that needed to be addressed before taking delivery, but Demetrios stayed on top of them and personally followed up. Lastly, I received a call once the truck was ready from the Body Shop Mgr, Mr. Sherwood. He also, was very professional and helpful. The overall experience was positive and I’d be happy to do business again with them in the future. More
