Avoid Ferman For Used Cars I purchased a pre-owned trade in from Ferman. A 2010 Volvo XC90 V8 which was a local one owner purchased new at Ferman Volvo. There were several items I purchased a pre-owned trade in from Ferman. A 2010 Volvo XC90 V8 which was a local one owner purchased new at Ferman Volvo. There were several items that needed attention and was assured by Rob, the manager, that Ferman stands behind the Ferman name. I picked up my car a week later and paid cash. Items were repaired but it was difficult to start. The car was highlighted as having a great 90 day 3000 mi power train warranty. Two and a half weeks later the car was nearly impossible to start. I took it to Criwn Volvo and was informed the starter was completely shot. $1300! Yes $1300 for a car that was thoroughly inspected and Ferman road ready. This is not a fly by night buy here, pay here, it is a large local family of dealers. Strongly advise to avoid believing the pitch or take the car to another dealer mechanic before signing anything. More

I did not leave with my car that day I needed to think about it , but I went back the next afternoon and got my 2018 Ruby Red Mustang, Joe had it ready and the paperwork went easy with Eric. The first associate "manager" didn't seem to enthusiastic to assist us. Then we were transferred to Jose Molina from the point Molina took over the experience changed. He was very informative with both Vehicles. Yes we were purchasing two vehicles totally different as well. Took both of us on multiple test drives, was very courteous and attentive to both of our needs. I highly recommend Jose Molina to anyone looking for a car 🚙 More
