I understand the dealership is under construction but the lack of communication is absolutely inexcusable. Phones calls that were never returned or anyone followed up with either of us on. Sales promised things that I had to keep reminding were needing to be rectified. We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time and both had separate issues. Firstly, not sure how you sell a car that only has one key (a '23 Bronco Sport!) and then take 22 days to deliver said promised said key... There were also scratches on the tailgate in the paint which he had buffed out but left some bumper scratches. When we went to pick it up, we noticed the bumper had been damaged more than when we dropped it off, leading the salesman to say "You didn't point that out!" IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF. Does not feel good to be accused by someone you gave I am sure a nice commission with 2 vehicles, accusing you of being dishonest. The '17 F150 I purchased had been "Blue Certified" by the dealership which according to the paperwork, I was handed included new windshield wipers which I had to ask for on the 2nd time coming by with an issue with vacuum system (broken fitting that was "missed"). Additionally, both of our trade-ins had to have payoffs sent off. We closed the deals on the 22nd and it took until the 16th of the following month for the payoffs to be sent. My payment was due on the 18th and when we both questioned the finance department, it took quite a few days to get it all cleared up and may not have happened if we did not call to question them about it! More

I brought my vehicle in for some recalls. Advised them my issues with vehicle and was told that's possibly due to the recalls needed. I had to make an appointment out almost 4 weeks in advance since apperiently it was that busy. I brought the vehicle in on a Monday. A week later next Monday Stephen tells me over phone that vehicle has other issues and cannot do recall until other things are fixed. I advised him to please do the recall and I will handle the other things. He implied on telling me that he wouldn't be able to align my wheel and he cannot let me leave like this. Also stating for the recall he would still need to order the parts and wait for them which would take days. Initially I am already a month into this. Almost 4 weeks waiting for apt. (Parts could've been ordered then) Then my vehicle sat in service for 7 days and hasn't been touched or Parts ordered. I told him to order the parts I will wait. He then tells me he needs a managers approval before he can do it. After not getting anywhere with him I asked to speak to manager who told me he will call me back first thing in the morning and never did. I called in around noon and couldn't get ahold of him. Left him messages nothing. Come to next business day I get a text from Stephen that my vehicle is done. It's crazy how all of a sudden the parts came in (no need for ordering now) and how the manager couldn't even call me back like he said or answer my calls but apparently needed an approval first. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I will go to another ford dealership next time. I will tell everybody about my horrible experience More
