William was polite and professional. He ordered my part William was very professional and polite.... He was the only one that finally said I need a new part in my phone module in my car. Unsatisfied Brought my F150 in for 2 recalls, an oil change and 2 warranty repairs. When I picked up the vehicle they said there was nothing wrong with the 2 warranty issues. I said that’s impossible because they were obvious issues. When the service writer walked out with me he was puzzled that there was an issue. He then said there was another truck there like mine and there must’ve been a mistake. I then asked if my oil was actually changed and the 2 recalls taken care of. Makes me wonder. More

Avwrage I came in for an oil change and inspection. I asked about checking the right brake light as it wasn’t working, told the cost to analyze it was $125!
