I assume Ford will be charged for services not incurred. possibly loaner vehicle which I did not utilize .Refused me shuttle service .Service agent Jeff. They attempted to add a recall door latch freezing issue which I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT - I REFUSED. Was there three times for service work. Finally met a good service rep. Mr. Cameron Rolon who closed out warranty work. More
Not a good experience. Our Fusion needed shocks and we indicated this online when we scheduled. The parts were not in for some reason so we waited all day there. They did not come in so we had to come back “the next day or so”. They “overnighted” some but that took over a week with no proactive calls to us. The service agent was let go but we were not offered any coupons or discounts. There are other Ford dealers in the area for service, sorry. Will was left in a bad situation, not his fault. More

Poor communication and service After ten days I finally get my truck back and still no floor mats. They did alignment and fixed console.
