Communication is poor I attempted to schedule an appointment on 3 different occasions to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was told different information each time, in I attempted to schedule an appointment on 3 different occasions to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was told different information each time, including a statement that the parts had to be ordered and someone would get back to me. That never happened and I was getting anxious because I planned on a road trip in the near future, and my passenger airbag was not safe. The next time I called I was transferred, then someone said the parts were in and they would schedule me. I was transferred again, disconnected, and when I called back I was told that I could not schedule as the parts weren’t in. I explained my situation and the woman I was speaking to said she would call me back. At that point I decided that later that day I was taking my car back to Brandon Ford, where I had always gotten excellent service before moving to this area. The woman called back about an hour later and I decided that I would bring my car there for convenience reasons only. I’m giving the review two stars only because of the shuttle driver who deserves 5 stars. Before moving to this area 2 years ago, my car never went anywhere but the dealership. At this point I cannot see ever bringing my car back to Ferman; if there is another recall I will travel to Brandon Ford. This isn’t the first time this has happened at Ferman. The “call center” where you place your first call is the root of the problem. More

After going to multiple dealerships, I decided to stop by Ferman Mazda to look at a used 2017 Toyota RAV4. I am a first time car buyer and I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal and wasn’t getting taken advantage of. Michael helped me understand the process and I didn’t feel rushed while I read over paperwork. If I had questions, he was quick to answer. From my experience, he saw me as a person and not as a sale. That made a huge difference compared to the other dealships I had gone to previously. Please use Michael for any of your car buying needs!!! More
Great service at a reasonable dealership I bought a vehicle that was under warranty by the dealership as it was used. I live hours away & had to take it back to the dealership a couple times I bought a vehicle that was under warranty by the dealership as it was used. I live hours away & had to take it back to the dealership a couple times to have issues resolved. The last two times the vehicle was no longer under warranty but thankfully they took into consideration all the miles I had acquired driving back & forth from their dealership and the fact that one of the problems I had already mentioned while it was under warranty and was told it was fixed but something else went wrong. The dealership was super reasonable and extremely helpful working with me to resolve everything. It felt like they truly cares about my business even after the sale was made. More
