Not so much I had to repeatedly nag the service person, and bring my new truck back in twice over the course of nearly 2 months to address a faulty light. I fina I had to repeatedly nag the service person, and bring my new truck back in twice over the course of nearly 2 months to address a faulty light. I finally got good service when I talked to the Ferman Ford Manager. Once the Manager got involved, things moved along and the issue was corrected within a few days. So I like the management, but it does not seem like I should have to escalate to management. More

He is an exceptional asset to Ford not only did he took his time and research to assist my needs as a customer with low credit. He also made my fiancé and myself feel like family . He was extremely professional and respectful and trustworthy. He wasn’t focused on making just a sale on his record he was searching for the right deal and right vehicle for myself . Though we had a few complications due to my credit and couldn’t get a car . I will return once the time comes to see Demetrios again for his outstanding customer service and making us his main priority. More

Lacking communication I am sorry to say that I am very frustrated with the communication of the service department. In the last appointment I had very little communication I am sorry to say that I am very frustrated with the communication of the service department. In the last appointment I had very little communication about what was happening to my car. I called and texted Cameron and no one called back or texted back. When I got my car back I was told I needed 2 expensive parts. I paid for the parts even because they were not in stock. I have called Cameron twice now to see if the parts are in and no one calls back. I have called and some lady has answered and said she would have him call, and no call back. I used the online chat, and did not get good response, but I did get the managing supervisors name so maybe I will call him next. Very poor customer service. This is not the first time this has happened. I had to have another expensive part replaced and the communication was lacking. I had to call several time to get information. The appointment setter told me the part was in. Then when I went in the part was not there, so I had to go back again. I had Jeff as an adviser for that appointment. I have had to have several major repairs on my car and Talon was my service manager for one of the big repairs and he did a good job. But since he has been gone, I have had terrible customer service. The last time I was there, no one got my car and I stood outside waiting and waiting and finally Phil asked me what I was waiting for and I said my car, someone was supposed to get it, but I guess no one told the runners. He did pull it up finally and told me that the next time I come in he would have it washed and detailed, which was nice of him. But on the whole experience with my last couple of appointments, I have not been happy and to me this is just poor customer service. I hope other people have not experienced this, I would expect more from a company like the Ferman group. More
