Horrible communication If you DON'T care about communication then this is the place for you!! I was giving them a second chance within a month solely because William promise If you DON'T care about communication then this is the place for you!! I was giving them a second chance within a month solely because William promised us better communication after a routine service on my wife's SUV. This was after he begged and pleaded with her not to give them a bad rating since it will make them out of compliance. I went in for an oil change and to get a tire looked at. I brought it to them on a Tuesday as a walk-in so I was aware that it would take all day. When I returned later in the day I was told my oil change was done, but they had to order my tire and it would be there in 3 days. I left and waited for my call that the tire was in, after a week I called them back and that's were the fun begins. I asked where my tire was and was told they would look in to it, after about 15 minutes I got a call back. It was William the service manage. He informed me that the tire arrived today and it wouldn't be on the invoice until tomorrow so that's why I never got a call. He said it with a bit of an attitude but I brushed it off and didn't let it bother me. I asked why I didn't get a call after 3 days just to be told that the tire was running late. His response was not shocking in the least bit.. he just didn't know. He told me to bring it in the next day to get it put on. When I asked how lon, he told me 2 hours. I responded by telling him that I was told 45 minutes a week ago. He told me, ok give us an hour to an hour and a half. So I brought it to him and when I returned an hour and 50 minutes later I was told that it was going back now and it would be another 30 minutes. That would make the total wait time 2 hours and 20 minutes.. if he was right THIS time. At that point I said just give me my keys I want to go, I have wasted enough time. William begged for me to stay and get it done but I just couldn't. I asked him about the conversation with my wife and how he promised better communication and he still couldn't execute on that. At that point he really didn't have much to say except sorry. A phone call with an update at the "expected wait time" makes all the difference. Running behind? Cool, call me. It isn't hard. More
