waste of time I went for a recall on passenger airbag. I called and was told the part had to be ordered. That was a Thursday. I was told it would be in in 1 week I went for a recall on passenger airbag. I called and was told the part had to be ordered. That was a Thursday. I was told it would be in in 1 week. They set an appointment for following Saturday. No call to advise me not to come was ever made. I went in on Saturday and they took my 2007 ranger in for the airbag recall. After 15 or 20 minutes I was advised that they didn't have the part and that they were very sorry. They stated that that was a part they should have had in stock, but ran out, and further they called the closest 4 dealers and not one of them had the part in stock. I left there very unhappy. When I got home I called Veterans Ford who I believe is not very far away from Ferman and they had the part. Hmmmm. Did Fermans really call any other dealers? Why did they tell me they were ordering the part for me, then tell me it was a part that they regularly stocked? I feel like I was lied to and I will never go back to Ferman again. On the other hand Veterans Ford made me an appt for the following Monday and had the part installed in well under an hour. More

Car has been in 3 times and is still not fixed, is still lea Car was brought back in a second time to fix a leak. First time Ferman said nothing was leaking. Car continued to leak. Ferman diagnosed it as a power steering fluid leak and that the power steering pressure line needed to be replaced. Jeff called on Mon or Tues and said the part would take a week to get which was OK. Got a call from ferman the next morning saying the car was fixed and ready to pick up. We questioned whether the work had been done given the part wasn’t due for another two days. They supposedly checked and called back and said the pressure line had been replaced. Guess what. Car is still leaking. More
