Demetrios was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me as well as getting me out of the hole I was in with an unsafe and run down vehicle. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership they worked with me on everything and got me into something I can take pride in driving and enjoy day in and day out. Awesome Buying Experience I recently brought my 2013 Ford escape into Ferman Ford for a door latch recall.The service advisor that was assigned to me was Jerry and from my init I recently brought my 2013 Ford escape into Ferman Ford for a door latch recall.The service advisor that was assigned to me was Jerry and from my initial contact with him, to dropping off the vehicle and picking it up was a very professional experience. All the work was done in a timely manner and completed when promised, Jerry did also call me and inquired without pressure if there was anything else he would like me to have him complete while my escape was there. I did ask him if the sales department appraised my vehicle as I have been looking at other dealerships to trade it in on a newer 2018 model. Within the hour I received a phone call from Demetrius Mina, one of Ferman's sales representatives. He's very polite and explained based on my vehicle mileage what they thought it would be worth and invited me to stop by when I picked up my 2013 escape from the Service Dept. My wife and I we're greeted by Demetrius. We explained that we have been looking for a short while and what we found at other dealerships, and also our wish list and price range were. Demetrius explain that he had a couple of options for us but first wanted to show us, based on what we were looking for, a new 2019 Escape SE. With NO pressure, we agreed and he showed us a beautiful silver metallic Escape with 9 miles on it. All of our options and then some. We talked price, options, trade-in and and bottom line. We were looking for a low mileage 2018 and drove out with a brand new 2019 all within our price range. The whole time, Demetrius was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and Wanted to make the deal work for us. Demetrius and Ferman Ford earned our business and respect. Expensive repair for engine coolant leak. Ford’s flawed engine design caused a $2000 repair. But dealership was very courteous and also set me up with a new loaner vehicle while mine was being Ford’s flawed engine design caused a $2000 repair. Service I was in fir my oil change with Jeff which was excellent as usual. I then went to the body shop to discuss the bubbling paint on my 2016 Mustang. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back from Rich Glomb, I have been doing research on this problem and found that Ford has been sued for this issue. I just need someone to call back and speak to my husband regarding whether or not it can be fixed or do I have to contact Ford. More
