Oil change, TPS reset, clean vehicle with outside wash olny Oil was changed, no issues. Truck wash was less than satisfactory as the wheels still had unwashed dirt on them and fender flares were still extremely Oil was changed, no issues. Was told could not be reset because of rubber stems yet Ferman Ford had reset on 2 different occasions previously. Service has diminished in the past few months. My wife and I have both purchased vehicles from Ferman. My 2015 F350 Platinum and her 2016 Mustang. All of our services from day one have been done at Ferman and we live over an hour away. I am not sure we will continue to use Ferman Ford going forward at this point . More
