Totally Unsatisfied My mom and I arrived to our appointments on time. Had to wait at least 10 min before Cameron got to his desk after being radioed several times. In the meantime Another service, William, checked my mom in for him. Cameron finally showed up didn’t even acknowledge us but instead proceeded to have a conversation with a salesman. After their conversation Cameron continued to ignore us while we were literally standing in front of his desk and started to go through paperwork. It wasn’t until the service agent who finished checking my mom in case back and told Cameron he still needed to check me in. After finally checking in we used the shuttle service which was great. However, almost 5 hours went by and neither of us heard about any updates on our vehicles so we shuttles back to the dealership. Once again Cameron was not at his desk and they had to radio him several times. When he got to his desk we signed our paperwork and left. Not even positive that the recalls were even done on our cars. The entire experience Cameron prob said less than 15 words to us. Then trash was left in my mother’s vehicle and grease marks left all over her side door. Such an unsatisfying experience. More

Flat tire replaced Unfortunately I received less than accurate info from call center for service times regarding my flat tire issue and was told anything coming off tow Unfortunately I received less than accurate info from call center for service times regarding my flat tire issue and was told anything coming off tow truck gets worked on immediately to get me in and out and that was not true! But then there was William to the rescue and he apologized and got me in and out in about 2 hours. He was super nice and very helpful! I can’t thank you enough for him! More

Turned a bad review into a good review. I had to have a tire replaced because a nail got stuck in the sidewall of my current tire. Had to order and it would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday. Never heard from anyone by Friday, so decided to call and check the status. The service rep that I had been dealing with went on vacation so I was not getting responses back to my texts or phone messages. I was put in touch with Tony in parts and he looked up my file and told me the tire was in and just bring my truck in anytime and they would get it taken care of. Brought my truck in on Saturday morning and William took over, apologized for the confusion and inconvenience and took care of me right away, got my new tire installed and waved any charges and fees. I was not very satisfied on Friday but happy by the time I left on Saturday with the customer service. More

Best buying experience yet. I have always hated the car buying experience. I always felt like they were trying to play me. I did not feel that way at Ferman. Salesman was not pushy... he actually listened and answered every question. We were intrested in a particular vehicle and intended to look around but after hearing what we liked and didn't like he presented the perfect SUV and we bought it that day. They worked with us on price and I know by my research we more than a fair deal. Didn't take 6 hours either as with other dealerships. Very pleasant experience! Thank you Ferman Ford. More
