Great job. My truck was taken in promptly at the designated time. They told me it would take 3 1/2 hours, and it did. It was all for suggested maintenance. My only problem is they do not treat all customers the same. I think it may be the ones that bought their vehicles there, but they’re definitely more personable with newer vehicles. Mine is an older One. There still cordial and very helpful. So I just kind of blew it off. Other than that they’re great I will keep going there. More

Generally this is a hassle, but not when you do it on-line. I was greeted as soon as I shut the engine and was escorted to our service rep. He wrote up the service and arranged a shuttle to our favorite breakfast spot. We ate, did some shopping and called for shuttle return and in 15 minute we were checking out! On time and as estimated. I do not expect such performance every time BUT every was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt!! THANK YOU!! More
