It’s a waste of customers time to be able to schedule an appointment for 7 am then have to sit around until 8:15 when the mechanics stroll in. They should start working earlier. Girls in showroom seem to know nothing about the vehicles. Lots of improvement needed on those areas mentioned. More

Make sure you check out everything before signing papers. I recently bought a Jeep everything went really smooth until I noticed a couple of dents. They fixed the dents no problem but at the time Of service I recently bought a Jeep everything went really smooth until I noticed a couple of dents. They fixed the dents no problem but at the time Of service for the dents I noticed the back zipper for the back window was broken.I asked them if they could fix it and they said no because it’s not on the IOU. I spent $30,000 on this jeep and I have to take it in to have a new soft top put on because the zipper is totally broken. I left a message for the manager to call me back and never heard back from him. Just make sure you inspect your vehicle. More
