No longer able to fully service my Mazda Staff at Ferman are pleasant. Dave does a good job taking care of me as a customer. I showed up for my last service visit as well as a pre-scheduled i Staff at Ferman are pleasant. Dave does a good job taking care of me as a customer. I showed up for my last service visit as well as a pre-scheduled issue with my Mazda infotainment system. I was told, only after I arrived, that they are no longer able to diagnose and fix Mazda issues and could only do standard routine maintenance. I was surprised that no one had bothered to call me to tell me. I went ahead and received my standard maintenance but I’m now told I have to go to a Mazda dealership in either St.Pete or another inconvenient location to get Mazda specific service done. I likely won’t return to Ferman because if I schedule maintenance at a different t dealership I’ll just get it all done at once due to the long drive and time out of my schedule. More
Something is amiss Took my truck in for service on a Monday. Didn’t hear back from service advisor until Friday. Told him to order part. Heard nothing for several days. Finally drove over to the service center the following Wednesday to speak with advisor. Not only was my truck not fixed, but no parts were order. So my truck spent a week and a half in the shop and absolutely nothing was done on it. Stay very far away from this place. There is ZERO communication. More

60K service - OK Expected good service as usual. However, we were a little disappointed that they didn’t have a loaner car, especially since it had to spend the night Expected good service as usual. However, we were a little disappointed that they didn’t have a loaner car, especially since it had to spend the night waiting for new tires to be ordered. Also, another additional delay when picking up the car next day - they found that battery died and needed replacement. Luckily, my wife was available to wait for the new battery installation. William was very apologetic, and we understand that stuff happens. More

It was fine It was an OK experience. I miss the service rep I had before. The guy now seems a bit indifferent. - I called about my headlight having water in it. It was an OK experience. I miss the service rep I had before. The guy now seems a bit indifferent. - I called about my headlight having water in it. Left a voicemail for my usual person Dennis. No response. - called back another day left a message with a human for Dennis. - call in about a week later and told Dennis is no longer with the company. At this point I’m nearly at 36k and the guy on the phone is acting like I’m bothering him with questions and also tells me that my car isn’t in recall since they send letters to everyone. Make an appt for the headlight - I have to cancel appointment and then when I finally have time to go back I’m over 36k - bring my car in, tell this to the advisor about the headlight he says nothing he can do it’s out of warranty. Ok fine. get a $99 service and a quote for tires. Also told at this point my car IS in recall and they will fix that too. Awesome. - advisor calls me with tire price, I ask if there is a more cost effective option he says no so I pass on it - pick up my car. No mention of headlight or quote to repair (I thought I was paying to have my car checked over) I took my car to Firestone and bought 4 tires that same day. If the guy would’ve bothered talking to me he would know I want a new car in a year and that’s why I wanted lower prices tires. The headlight being out of warranty... Sure that’s my fault I could’ve been more persistent but what company doesn’t at least quote you what the car needs? The last guy Dennis was fantastic, great service, listened, helpful, great follow up. I went from 5 star treatment to Walmart level. Needless to say I won’t be back for service or sales as a result. More
