Not very helpful service department I have a 2019 explorer that I was having several issues with. I had to act like a total xxxxx to get a loaner. You had it for 2 days and didn’t call I have a 2019 explorer that I was having several issues with. I had to act like a total xxxxx to get a loaner. You had it for 2 days and didn’t call when it was done. You also didn’t check one of the issues since the feature isn’t on the spec sheet. The car has the feature-I had Joe in sales look at it when I picked it up and he agreed the feature is there. I was treated like a stupid women. I have a masters degree and own my own business so it was unappreciated. I also felt like that since I didn’t purchase the vehicle through you, that they didn’t want to help me. It wasn’t until I mentioned that my husband bought his truck there in a March that I got a little cooperation. We purchased these vehicles as company cars so we could be purchasing new ones every few years. I really like Joe in sales but your service department could keep me from purchasing through you again. Thanks to Joe I am finally getting somewhere with William in service and will be bringing it back this week. More
