GPS inoperative Found that the motor home manufacturer did not reconnect the home gps antenna to the Ford GPS unit. Service Jeff was my service advisor. He handled my service request very efficiently as he found a TSB for my diesel truck and had it repaired the next day. Al Jeff was my service advisor. Also provided me with a loaner vehicle which was very helpful as, at thetime, both of my vehicles were down. More
