Wouldn’t use again ibwas in the market for a Prius Four. After settling on a price, I realized with the vin and the options that it was a basic three. They dropped another $500 off the price but there’s a big difference in options less. Agreed because I needed a car ASAP. When picking up the car I noticed scratches and dings on the side of the car. Dealer did best they could fixing but they were still there. Then when I got it home I realized two plastic panels paint chipped, the reason they had it in the shade when looking over it. This isn’t what I expected spending over $20k on a used car. More

There is another Ford dealership less than 5 minutes from my house but I choose to make the 30 minute drive to bring my vehicle to Ferman Ford because I know I am going to get the best service. Cameron always goes above and beyond to make sure my concerns are addressed. He is Always honest and up front about any major repairs or maintenance issues that arise. I've been a Ford owner for 20 years and have had 7 different Ford vehicles. I'm sure my next one will be from Ferman Ford when the time comes. More

Lack of communication I have never had this problem before so I’m assuming it is an anamoly. I went in for some services (the works, brake check, and battery check). I patiently awaited to hear back about the status of my car. At first, I was called around 1pm telling me the status of my car. I was told I needed a new battery. I thought this was no problem and approved it to be installed in my car. Then I waited again for my car to be finished up. I called about 3 times afterward to check the status of my car before receiving a call 30 minutes before closing that they did not have the battery in. My only option was to take out a loaner. The vehicle I received smelled like someone had smoked in it for the past 20 years despite it being a 2019 Fusion with 400 miles. I ended up cleaning the car and eradicating the smoke smell. I returned the car better than I left it. When I finally got my car back, everything was working fine but one small detail was missed. A new tag was not put in my car to let me know when my next oil change should be. Now I have absolutely no idea when to come in next. I have been a satisfied customer before but if I’m referring based on this visit, I would never come back again. It seemed like an absolute waste of my hard earned $260. More
