Disappointed, should be better organized and informed Took my vehicle in for a factory recall that I initiated after seeing a news story, never received a notice from Ford or Ferman. Ferman confirmed parts would be available and scheduled appt. Ferman called again the day before to confirm appt. Took vehicle in at 7:30 am and took shuttle home. Received text message, not a call, 30 minutes later to inform me they didn't have the parts and to come back to pick up my vehicle. I was told they would have parts by the end of the month and they would call to reschedule. I have not heard back from them. More

Did not address a problem I pointed out on arrival. Came in for periodic maintenance. Asked service advisor to check rear windshield sprayer. They gave the car back without checking it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He explained everything about the vehicle that was new to me, hooked up the apps with my phone, and even showed me how to use the little bells and whistles on my new wheels. He was extremely patient with me as there were many new gadgets I've never heard of like remote start. Who knew a car could be ready for me on a hot day before I even got inside? Thank you to Eric in finance for the help with the paperwork. He was very understanding and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect.
