Received text message, not a call, 30 minutes later to inform me they didn't have the parts and to come back to pick up my vehicle. I was told they would have parts by the end of the month and they would call to reschedule. I have not heard back from them. More

Did not address a problem I pointed out on arrival. Came in for periodic maintenance. Asked service advisor to check rear windshield sprayer. They gave the car back without checking it.
