Nice people but...... Was in for a Recall they notified me about. So I asked if they could do an oil change while I'm there. Sure. Then I get the bill. Ouch. I can get an o Was in for a Recall they notified me about. So I asked if they could do an oil change while I'm there. Sure. Then I get the bill. Ouch. I can get an oil change AND simple wash/detail elsewhere for much cheaper. The guy hands me the paperwork and it states they did a complimentary vehicle multipoint inspection..... Including the brakes. My truck has 85k on it and I specifically asked about the brakes. He says... Yep, they're good! Two weeks later the pads are worn and grinding into to rotors. Some vehicle check. Safety is jobt 1? Apparently not. More

I did speak with Jeff's boss about his behavior but it was obvious they were trained be the same person. He treated my issue like it was a joke. I will be getting my Ford serviced somewhere else.
