I was directed to the lounge- lots of room, lots of free beverages. Lots of reading material and a text from my service rep so I could reach her at any time. Got my vehicle in a timely manner and fully detailed explanation of what was done. The experience finished with my service rep taking me to my car. Top this with communication after I got home asking if I needed anything else. More

Excellent experience from a distance I was supposed to drive from Panama City to Orlando to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Right before I was about to leave I discovered the Jeep had been sol I was supposed to drive from Panama City to Orlando to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Right before I was about to leave I discovered the Jeep had been sold. I saw the same vehicle with a few more features at Ferman for approximately the same price. I called them and told them I only had about 30 minutes for them to give me an offer for my trade-in and cost of the Jeep including taxes, tags, and fees. In twenty minutes they texted me an offer with a very good value for my trade-in and a very good price for the Jeep. The service was excellent. I would definitely buy from them again. More

Good service My service was on October 12th. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and exterior detail. Unfortunately, when I arrived Ms. Olta could not My service was on October 12th. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and exterior detail. Unfortunately, when I arrived Ms. Olta could not find the appointment in the computer. I could not find an email or anything confirming it. But I did remember making the appointment. Well, Ms. Olta didn’t let the situation stop her and got me in. Turns out I had made the appointment for a different day, as I got a call reminding me of it later. I feel Ms. Olta represented your company in an exemplary manner. I was very happy with the service she provided, and even more so when I realized my mistake. Ms. Olta always spoke to me in a calm tone and simply worked around an issue that was presented to her. I assume all your service people are as professional and represent your company to the highest standards, but I wanted to make sure she is recognized for her outstanding efforts. Thank you Ms. Olta.
