Terrible. Communication was very poor. Communication broke down quickly. Very helpful, polite and a non-pressure sales atmosphere. The car buying experience was wonderful from start to finish. I started looking online and found the vehicle I was interested in looking at. They took a little off the price and sent me a new proposal. I came in and test drove the car. I was not pressured at all to buy the vehicle. I told them what my monthly budget was. They were able to get there. I left and went to lunch. I came back from lunch and signed all the paperwork. Great experience from start to finish. More
