Bad communication. Service rep blamed me for misunderstanding. Because he has 39 years experience. He did not tell me about 200 dollar diag fee. When I picked up vehicle he just pointed outside and tossed me the keys. Will not be coming back. More

Liars. Literally liars. Picked up my new Bronco to find they had put over 35 miles on it - staff took a joyride with the top off and never bothered to prop Literally liars.
