I received two recall notices on my 2022 Explorer. Called and made a service appointment based on the recalls. I was told, it would be several weeks as "they are a very busy dealership", and that wo Called and made a service appointment based on the recalls. I changed my schedule, drove my wife to work, then headed to Ferman at 8:00 AM appointment time. Once I attempted to check-in, I was told that there are no parts for my recalls, not just out of dealer stock, but haven't been available since January!! This was the middle of June!! They completely wasted my time, and made me feel as if they were doing me a favor squeezing me into this "very busy dealership". All the awhile we have purchased 4 vehicles from them and have recommended many others to this dealership just to be treated in such an unprofessional manor!! More

I went to this dealership as I had found online a truck that checked all the boxes for me. I got there as soon as they opened and the sales associate was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to ans that checked all the boxes for me.
